The portable part of Square-Enix's Fabula Nova Crystallis project, Final Fantasy Agito XIII which is set for the PSP, has gotten a title change to Final Fantasy Type-0. At first, the game was being developed for mobile phones, but it was announced in 2008 that development had shifted to PSP instead.
No western release date was announced, but they said it would be out in Japan by Summer 2011. It will ship on two UMDs. Along with the Type-0 trademark, Square-Enix has also registered Type-1, Type-2 and Type-3 trademarks, but no word as of yet what they might be for.
The first trailer, which was shown at Square-Enix's event, will be up on their official homepage on January 27th.
