OnLive Microconsole is Finally Coming

OnLive, the surprisingly effective digital game streaming service, is coming to the living room. The new OnLive game console is now available for preorder, offering all the services of OnLive's PC service from the comfort of your couch. The new console is really more of an adapter which allows the service to stream through your TV. Packed in is the microconsole itself, an OnLive game controller (which looks much like a combination of a Dualshock and 360 gamepad), an HDMI cord, and a USB cord.

The controller features quick selection buttons for the OnLive menu and brag clips, as well as the ability to record brag clips with the touch of a button. The complete package will run you $99, and includes a free full playpass to any game on the service. It's a great deal for those looking to extend the utility and functionality of OnLive. We'll be sure to update you with impressions when the Microconsole releases. Until then, you can preorder the device here.
